  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1.Go to Create a requisition Application and create a new Create
  Requisition 1110 Add a required date, site.
  2.Click continue, Create new material request, Line Type
  Material : Add a description TEST
  Quantity 1
  Order Unit: each
  unit cost 0.01
  Line cost: 0.01
  2. Add new web page as attachment
  3. Specify the URL
  4. Continue to review and submit.
  5. First material request is selected. 1011
  
  
  RESULT:
  Requisition number and description shouldn't change.
