APAR status

Error description

  • Problem:
    Map Initial View in Map Manager Keeps Defaulting to a spot off
    the West Coast of Africa no matter what Latitude or Longitude I
    enter. Coordinates are set to latitude and longitude within
    Organizations application.
    
    Steps To Reproduce:
    1. Open the Organization application
    2. Under More Actions Select Service Address Options
    3. Next to "Coordinates:" Select Latitude and Longitude
    4. Select Ok
    5. Save the Organization
    6. Logout of Maximo and then sign back in
    7. Open the Map Manager application
    8. Select an enabled Map record
    8. Under the Map Initial Extent section enter the following
    values
    	Zoom Level: 5
    	Latitude(Y): 52
    	Longitude (X): -104
    9. Save the Map Manager record
    10. Select the Map Initial Extent button
    
    Expected Results:
    The Map should open to the latitude/Longitude coordinates
    entered in the Map Initial extent fields
    
    Results:
    The Map appears to still be set to x/y coordinate values. The
    Map is not displaying to the correct location as it is
    displaying over the coast of Africa.
