Error description

  • Problem
    When a purchase order is associated to a RFQ record deleting a
    poline and you then cancel the PO in PNDREV Maximo reopens the
    RFQ
    
    Steps To Reproduce
    
    Go to the Purchase Requisitions application
    
    Create a new record
    Add 2 prlines and populate all required fields
    Approve the record and take note of the prnum
    
    Go to Request for Quotations application
    Create an RFQ
    More Actions > Copy PRline Items to RFQ
    Filter for your purchase requisition created above
    Select both PR lines
    Add a Vendor on the Vendors tab
    Change the status to Sent to Vendors
    Click on Quotations Tab
    Click on Select RFQ Lines button > Select both items
    Click on Award All button
    Click on Create PO button
    Select Autonumber
    Take note of Purchase Order number
    
    Go to the Purchase Orders application
    Filter for your po created above
    Change status to APPR
    More Actions > Revise PO
    
    Click on PO Lines tab and delete 1 of the po lines
    Save the record
    Change the status to Cancel
    
    Go to Request for Quotations application
    Filter for your RFQ record
    Notice that the RFQ status changed from Close to Sent
    Click on RFQ Lines tab
    Expand the line item that was deleted via the Revise PO
    
    Notice that the PO field is no longer populated
    
    Results
    The RFQ record is in a loop as the status has been changed to
    Sent and you can not select the RFQ line item
    
    Expected Results
    If the PO Revision was cancelled after the poline was deleted
    the RFQ record should not be reopened
