Error description

• This is a regression issue from TPAE 7612 GA .
  
  This issues does NOT exist in 7612 GA env.
  
  After enabling the accessibility mode by setting the system
  property below, the layout in System Properties view has changed
  .  There is a big extra wide blank column got inserted in the
  first column in the List view.
  
  The system property is : webclient.accessibilitymode
  
  Expected Result :
  The layout should NOT change after enabling the accessibility
  mode.
