Error description

• PROBLEM:  Receiving error: BMXAA6713E when changing a rotating
  item in Asset application.
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to Item Master application
  Create an item (1021)
  Ensure "rotating" is checked
  Set Meter Group: CLASS8 (which has 4 meters)
  Save
  
  Create an item (1022)
  Ensure "rotating" is checked
  Set Meter Group: CLASS8 (which has 4 meters)
  Save
  
  2.Go to Asset Application
  Create an Asset (T01)
  Save
  
  3. More Actions / Change Item Number
  Set 1021
  Click OK
  
  4. More Actions / Change Item Number
  Set 1022
  Click OK - Will receive error "BMXAA8665W asking whether to
  allow sequence number duplication"
  Click Yes or NO
  
  RESULTS:  Error "BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in
  the mboset with the SQL error code -4470. The record could not
  be retrieved from the database. See the log file for more
  details about the error."
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:  No error when changing item number
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
  
  AFFECTED APPLICATION (for Maximo Only): Asset application
