IJ36958: ADD "SERVERTIMEZONE" IN GSLP "PROJECTS" FIELD

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  As the time in gslp is sent the same as maximo db,  When maximo
  server is not located in UTC+0 timezone, it would cause issue
  for optimizer, as it doesn't know maximo server timezone, and
  can't convert them into proper GMT time. We need to add a new
  field "serverTimeZone" in gslp "projects" field.
  PRE CONDITIONS:
  Setup the Maximo Optimization Framework
  Has a Record at the GSLP with a 10 or more Work Order and
  planned resource
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Create a GSLP record with the User in a different Time Zone from
  the Maximo Server
  Run the Optimization over the Scenario
