IJ36076: WORK CENTER MANAGE INSPECTIONS ERROR WHEN CONDITIONS USED

Error description

• Problem Description:
  On an Inspection form that contains a condition, error Object
  Reference not defined will come up if you go back to a saved
  inspection and change your answer
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  From 7612 Maximo, open Manage Inspection Forms application to
  launch Work Centers Inspection Forms
  create a new inspection form.
  create a question, make it visible and required. give it 2
  options (Yes/No, Pass/Fail, etc)
  create a second question, make it hidden, it can be a
  description answer
  
  create a condition. if first answer is No (or Fail), make the
  second question visible
  save the form
  make note of the number
  in classic maximo, create a new work order and use this
  inspection form number as inspection form for the new wo and
  save
  click > beside Inspection result and it will open your
  inspection form to Start inspection
  select your No/Fail option for the first question and put any
  text in for question 2 - do not Complete the inspection
  use "Save and exit" to go back to maximo
  now go back into the inspection using the > beside Inspection
  Result
  change your answer to Q1 and you will get the error.
  
  RESULTS: error - "Object Reference not defined"
