Child Case Number: TS007346217 Parent Case Number : TS007345494 Severity: 2 COMP ID : 5725U05ES Abstract: AFUtil.exe hangs and not allowing to configure the ITCAM Exchange Agent Environment: All supported MS Exchange Server versions. All supported ITM MS Exchange agents. Problem Description: Configuration panel is not getting launched as agent tries to access active directory using LDAP query function and never returns. Impact: Agent installation hangs during configuration phase. Workaround: Not applicable. We have provided 2 test fixes to resolve this issue.
