IJ35696: KPI TREND LINE GRAPH DOES NOT DISPLAY IF DOUBLE QUOTES IN DESCRIPTION

Error description

• On the KPI "Trend" tab, a line graph is not displayed when there
  are double quotes on the KPI name description.
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.0-IFIX20191106
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1)	Administration > KPI > KPI Manager.
  2)	Select KPI Name > Historical Trends.
  
  RESULTS:
  KPI trend line graph does not display.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  KPI trend line graph should display even with double quotes in
  description.
  

Local fix

• Remove double quotes from the description field and the graph is
  displayed correctly.
