Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when certain failure paths in class
  loading were not popping the loading stack, resulting in crashes
  or ClassCircularityError being thrown incorrectly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been updated so that the failure paths in class
  loading were properly handled.
