Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go to Work Order Tracking application.
  
  2. Create a new WO in WAPPR status.
  
  3. Go to Plans tab > Materials sub-tab, click on New Row button,
  in the Item field enter an Inventory Item number and hit the tab
  key.
  
  4. Click on the Select Value icon from Storeroom Site field.
  
  RESULTS:
  The Select Value dialog displays the Storerooms from the WO Site
  only.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The Select Value dialog should display the Storerooms from all
  the Sites the user has access to.
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2
