Error description

• PROBLEM: In Asset Templates application, user cannot add then
  remove an item number with the error: BMXAA5609
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to Asset Templates application
  2. Create an Asset Template
  Set Asset Template: AT
  Set Asset Description: COMMON
  Save
  3. Click Spare Parts Tab
  5. In Item field, set item number: TESTITEM
  6. Before saving record, try to remove item number
  
  RESULTS:  Got Error "This action is not allowed since the item
  is in Pending or Obsolete status at Item/Organization level.
  (BMXAA5609)"
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Should be able to remove item number before
  saving
