Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred" error when trying
  to export Chart of Account information using application export
  functionality.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1.) Go to object structure application and find MXCOA
  
  2.) Select Action- Add/Modify Application Export Support.
  
  Click New Row - Enter the Application having a main object
  CHRTACCT
  
  Save it.
  
  3.) Grant Security Access for Export functionality.
  
  Go to Security Groups and find MAXADMIN
  In Applications, filter for Chart of Accounts and grant access
  to ?Application Export? option.
  
  Save it.
  
  4.) log out and log back in
  
  5.) Go to Chart of Account application and open app export
  option select the object structure and try to export a record.
  
  
  RESULTS:
  
  BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
  system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
  <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred.
  
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  User should be able to export the record
