• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  
  When a doclink file is removed from the last object it is
  attached to, it deletes the  physical file even if it is in the
  library.
  
  
  PROBLEM:
  
  When a doclink file is removed from the last object it is
  attached to, it deletes the  physical file even if it is in the
  library.
  
  
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go To Work Order Tracking Application
  2. Open any Work Order (record WONUM), Add new attachment, check
  below check box Add document to the document library for others
  to use?
  3. Click on view attachment to verify the attachment can be
  opened correctly
  4. Verify that attachment is also added to Doclinks directory
  5. Click on view attachment and delete the attachment added in
  Step 2
  6. Open a different Work Order, Add an attachment from the
  Library and select the attachment added to the library in step
  2.
  7. Click on the view attachments and confirm the issue that the
  attachment file is not displayed.
  8. Confirm that the attachment was deleted from the Doclinks
  directory but remains as a record in the library.
  
  This shows that the system is deleting attachment files from the
  Doclinks directory even though the document is still in the
  library.
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  
  When a doclink file is removed from the last object it is
  attached to, it deletes the physical file even if it is in the
  library.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  When a doclink file is removed from the last object it is
  attached to and it is still in the library, it should not delete
  the physical file.
