IJ34814: PR.TOTALCOST IS CALCULATED INCORRECTLY WHEN THE USER CHANGES THE CURRENCYCODE AND UPDATES THE UNIT COST OF THE LINE ITEMS

  PR.TOTALCOST is calculated incorrectly when the user changes
  the CURRENCYCODE and updates the UNIT COST of the Line Items
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Open the Exchange Rate application and enter an exchange
  rate:
  a. Convert from Currency: GBP
  b. Convert to Currency: USD
  c. Exchange Rate: 1.6
  d. Active Date: a past date time
  e. Expiration Date: a future date time
  2. Open the Purchase Requisition application and click to add a
  new PR
  3. Fill in:
  a. Company: select a vendor
  b. Click on PR Lines tab
  c. Click New Row to add two PRLINES:
  i. Item e.g. 0-0514, with Unit Cost as 10, tax 0.60
  ii. Item e.g. 0G3582, Unit Cost 50, tax 3
  iii. Save the PR
  d. Click on PR tab and take a note of the Total Cost: 63.60
  4. Change the Currency to GBP ? the costs are recalculated in
  GBP
  5. Go to PR LINES tab. Delete Line#1 and Update the cost of
  Line#2:
  a. Unit Cost of line#2 to 50.
  b. Tax: 3
  c. Save
  
  UNEXPECTED RESULTS:
  1. Click on PR tab:
  2. Total Tax: 3.22 not 3
  3. Total Cost: 56.97 not 53
