• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
  2. Crate a new work order
  3. Click in Plans tab
  4. Click in Materials sub-tab
  5. Click New Row
  6. Item: 584-L0
  7. Storeroom: CENTRAL
  9. Click New Row again
  10. Item: 584-L0
  11. Storeroom: CENTRAL
  12. Save
  13. Approve work order
  14. GO TO >> INVENTORY >> MANAGE INVENTORY
  15. There are two reservations lines, select both
  16. Click CREATE PICKS
  17. Enter a name for the Pick List (TEST001)
  18. Select the Pick List button
  19. Select both Item Lines and then select the Pick selected
  button
  20. Select the Pick button for the first item
  21. Select the Pick button for the second item
  22. Under the Picked tab select both Item checkbox
  23. Select the Stage Selected button
  24. Select the Stage button for the first item
  25. Select the Stage button for the second item
  26. Under the Staged tab select both Item checkbox
  27. Select the Issue button for the first item
  
  Results:
  Following error message appears:
  
  BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
  system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
  <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred.
