Error description

  • When a work flow or escalation calls the wo_wappr action and the
labor quantity is 2 or larger an error is thrown and the work
    order is not approved.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Create a new workflow process against the work order object.

    2. Add a condition node with the value of 1=1.

    3. Draw your positive line to the stop node, we want to add the
action of wo-wappr to the positive line that leaves the
condition node that connects to the stop node.

    4. Connect the condition node with a negative line to the stop
node and make sure to add a positive line from start to
condition node as well. Save, validate and activate the record.

    5. Create a new work order and move the plans tab.

    6. On the labor tab a new row with craft of CARP and quantity of
2 and regular hour of 1, save.

    7. Route the work order created into the WF process created
earlier, the following error is thrown:

BMXAA4407E - A nested exception caused the workflow process to
    fail.

    system#invalidfetch

    EXPECTED RESULTS:

That the work order would have been approved.

    Reported in Version:

    IBM Maximo for Transportation 7.6.2.6
