IJ33770: GRAPHICAL SCHEDULING - INVALID RESOURCE LOAD DURING NON WORKING TIME

Error description

• In the Graphical Scheduling application the Resource Section
  load appears during non working time when it shouldn't.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  1. Create a set of Work Order records with the need of a
  Resource level
  2. Create a Calendar and Shift if you do not have a Calendar and
  Shift available and set-up
  3. Go to Graphical Scheduling and create a new Schedule that
  uses the set of Work Order created above.
  4. Go to Graphical View and move a work bar to a non working
  time.
  RESULTS:
  Resources Gantt shows load during non work hours when it
  shouldn't. .
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  That the Resources chart shows the load and
  availability correctly
