Error description

• If the TEMS is stopped soon after the zeroes start so that
  the log doesn't wrap, the source of the zeroes will be observed
  to be module kdspmou1.c:
  e.g.
  
  (60ACA691.4A33-A:kdspmou1.c,4144,"PM1_ResolveLiteral") Literal
  value=0.96 => Domain
  value=0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000...
  
  
  The error will most likely be exposed if the TEMS encounters an
  invalid numeric threshold in the formula of a Situation although
  the error may occur if verbose tracing of the kdspmou1.c module
  is enabled.
  
  The cause of the problem is a defect in a number of RAS
  statements.
