IJ33004: WO RECORDS ARE NOT GENERATED WHEN TRYING TO GENERATE METER SAMPLING WORK ORDERS WITH APPR STATUS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Make sure PlusDBaseCronTask is active and schedule is setup
  to run every 5 minutes or so.
  2. Check the  system property called
  mxe.plusd.ignoreNotReadyAssets and set it to 1 (you can create
  it if it doesn't exist)
  3. Go to Organizations (T&D) application.
  4. Open your org.
  5. More Actions > T&D Options > Define Meter Sampling Template
  6. Create a sampling template or change an existing one (eg.
  TEST1) with a sample size of 2.
  7. Click OK and save the record.
  8. More Actions > T&D Options > Define Meter Sampling Group.
  9. Create a Meter Sampling Group and associate the sampling
  template.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Go the Meter Assets (T&D) application.
  12. Go to Domain application.
  13. Filter for LOCASSETSTATUS and create a synonym for NOT
  READY. (eg. NOT YET)
  14. Create 2  assets, one with status as ACTIVE and the other as
  NOT YET.
  15. Fill out their required fields and assign TEST1 as their
  Sampling Groups.
  16. For both assets, More Actions> > Define Meter Sampling
  >Select your Sampling group and Click on Recalculate Population
  > Click OK.
  17. From List View, More Actions> Generate Meter Sampling Work
  order>Select your Sampling Group
  and populate the fields:
  -Priority as 1
  -Status as "APPR"
  -Target finish date with tomorrow's date
  18. Click on Generate WO
  19. You will receive system message "
  BMXAP0535I - X sampling work orders will be created for sample
  group XXXXX "
  20. Wait for the crontask to generate work orders
  21. From the Work order tracking (T&D), filter by sampling group
  and clear the site field.
