Error description
DESCRIPTION: The telematics import crontask, plustteleprocess, correctly processes all records but when records are processed manually, via Process Telematics Data action in the Organizations (Tr) application, the records all produce the same error: "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred. null" STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Prerequisite Conditions: -Import files must be created with values; -xml file ex. c:\Temp\TelematicsFuelCardLoad.xml -xsd file ex. c:\Temp\TelematicsFuelCardLoad.xsd -csd file ex. c:\Temp\TestFuelRecord.csv -Identify a local directory to store the files, and a directory to store the processed files -ex. c:\Temp -ex. c:\Temp\Processed 2. Log in to maxdemo instance 3. Go To Administration | Organizations (TR) 4. In the Organization field enter "eaglena" and press Enter 5. Click EAGLENA to open the record 6. Transportation Options | Telematics Import Setup 7. In the Templates section click the New Row button 8. In the Template field enter "Fuel Import 01" 9. In the Description field enter "Fuel Import 01" 10. Click the Active? checkbox 11. In the Default Site field enter "bedford" and tab out 12. Click the checkbox for "Ignore Unknown Codes?" 13. In the XSD File Location field enter " 14. In the SML File Location field enter " 15. In the Action on Import Completion field | Select Value | click MOVE 16. In the File Location on Completion field enter "c\Temp\Processed 17. In the Mappings for Template Fuel Import 01 section click the New Row button 18. Enter mappings then click OK 19. Save the record 20. Go To Data Import(Tr) | Telematics Data Import(Tr) 21. More Actions | Import Telematics Data 22. In the Template Name field | Select Value | click Fuel Import 01 23. In the XML File Location field enter "c:\Temp\TelematicsFuelCardLoad.xml" 24. Click OK 25. More Actions | Process Telematics Data 26. Click OK 27. When the process is finished, Go To Telematics Data Import(Tr) 28. On the Fuel Card Codes tab click Available Queries | All Records RESULT: In the Error Reason column, error is: "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred.
