Error description

  • In instances where a High Availability (HA) Secondary host does

with messaging stating issues with the SSH keys, and to check
    the provided password.
Messages similar to the following might be visible in found in
    /var/log/setup-XXX/qradar_hasetup.log when this issue occurs:
    /opt/qradar/ha/bin/ha_setup.sh: line 3257:
/root/.ssh/authorized_keys: No such file or directory

Local fix

  • 1) Create the missing .ssh folder on the HA Secondary:
    mkdir /root/.ssh
    2) Perform the HA join process steps again
