Error description

• When a situation or historical collection is collecting data
  for the Linux File Information attribute group, the code can
  rarely get into a loop resulting in the agent hanging. The
  agent process continues to run, however the agent is reported
  as offline to the TEMS/TEP and requires a the force option to
  stop it.

Problem summary

  it.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to prevent the hang from occurring.
