IJ32077: ACTION MOVE/MODIFY ASSET DOES NOT UPDATE LOOP LOCATION ONLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When trying to change the loop location in List view of the
  Assets application, using the Move/Modify Asset action this is
  only updated when something else like location is updated at
  the same time.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Prerequisites:
  Asset
  CALL100 is located to Location PT100 and Loop location
  LOOP1.
  Asset CALL200 is located to Location PT200 and Loop
  location LOOP1.
  1. Go to Assets application and filter the
  assets CALL100 and CALL200
  2. Click on Select Records and
  select the 2 assets
  3. Click on action Move/Modify Assets
  4. In
  the Mass Move area fill in To Loop Location: LOOP2 then click
  Apply
  5. Expand the details for asset CALL100 and notice
  that:
  a. To Location: PT100
  b. To Loop Location:
  LOOP2
  6. Expand the details for asset CALL200 and notice
  that:
  a. To Location: PT200
  b. To Loop Location: LOOP2
  7. Click
  OK
  8. The result - none of the assets are updated with the new
  loop location.
  9. Repeating the same steps but also moving
  asset CALL100 to location PT400 result in that this record is
  updated with both new location and new loop location, but for
  asset CALL200 loop location is not updated.
  RESULT:
  To Loop
  Location is not updated
