Error description

• CICS Explorer uses the DBFunc feature for JDBC in order to
  access DB2.
  The DBFunc feature uses JDBC Driver 4.21.29
  .
  
  Some sites require JDBC Driver minimum versions to
  connect.
  
  DBFunc feature should ship latest JDBC Driver
  Version. For example JDBC Driver 4.28.11.
  
  All attempts to
  connect result in the message:

Problem conclusion

• The DB2 JDBC driver has been updated to version 4.26.14 to allow
  support for DB2 V11.5 and V12.
  .
  This fix will be made available in Version 5.5.0.16 and Version
  5.4.0.20 of the CICS Explorer.
