Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When Application Security is enabled,
  users can still select the Password Information from Start
  Center profile options.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Login to Maximo
  when Application Security is enabled
  Click the Profile menu
  button
  See the Password Information option is still
  available
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The Password Information option
  should be completely disabled with Application Security is
  enabled. Additionally, when a new Security Group is created
  when Application Security is enabled, the Change Password Read
  Access to Change Password and Save the New Password options
  should automatically be disabled.
