Error description

  • Problem Description
    When user has a work order with some assets
    in Multiple Assets,Loc and CIs and the same inspection
    associated for each asset, conduct an inspection work center is
    not listing the inspection questions following the sequence in
    those asset records.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    .GO TO >> WORK
    ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
    .Create a new work order
    .Enter a
    description
    .In Multiple Assets,Locations and CIs section,
    click new row
     -Asset: 11400
     -Sequence: 2
    .Click new row
    again
     -Asset: 26000
     -Sequence: 1
    .Enter inspection number
    1006 in Inspection Form field for both assets in Multiple
    Assets,Locations and CIs
    .So we have two record in the
    following sequence in the UI
    11400 - sequence 2 (Inspection
    Form=1006)
    26000 - sequence 1 (Inspection Form=1006)
    .Save
    .GO
    TO >> WORK ORDERS >> CONDUCT AN INSPECTION
    .Click in the tab
    called ALL
    .Search by your work order
    .click on the
    inspection
    .Click on Start Batch
    .Maximo will list the assets
    in the work order but not following the sequence field in the
    Multiple Assets,Locations and CIs section in Work order app.
    
    
    RESULTS: Conduct inspection is not listing the inspections in
    the sequence made in Multiple Assets,Locations and CIs section
    in Classic Maximo.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS: User expects to see the
    inspection list following the order made in sequence field in
    the Multiple Assets,Locations and CIs section in Classic
    Maximo.
