IJ30807: EXISTING REQUISITION DIALOG SHOWS ITEMS FROM REQUISITIONS CREATED BY OTHER USERS IN OTHER SITES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Log in as maxadmin with default site as Bedford User
  
  2. Go
  to Self Service -> Destop Requisitions -> Create
  Requisition
  
  3. Change requisition number to 12345678
  
  4. Go to
  Step 2 - Requisition Line Items --> New row --> Material
  
  5.
  Give a description: 'Material for Bedford ordered by maxadmin
  user'
  
  6. Fill in all required fields and submit the
  requisition.
  
  7. Log out and log back in as Wilson. Ensure that
  the default site is Nashua.
  
  8. Go to Self Service -> Destop
  Requisitions -> Create Requisition
  
  9. Change requisition
  number to 12345678
  
  10. Go to Step 2 - Requisition Line Items
  -->New Row --> Material
  
  11. Give a description: 'Material for
  Nashua ordered by wilson user'
  
  12. Fill in all required fields
  and submit the requisition.
  
  13. Go to Self Service -> Destop
  Requisitions -> Create Requisition
  
  14. Go to Step 2 -
  Requisition Line Items --> Expand to the Add Line Item
  drop-down --> Select Existing Requisitions
  
  RESULT:
  Existing
  Requisition Dialog is opened and shows items from both Bedford
  and Nashua requisitions created by maxadmin and wilson
  users
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  1. User should only see items related
  to Nashua requisitions --> This is working as designed.
  2. User
  should only see items from requisitions where current user is,
  or is supervisor for, the person in Enter by or Entered
  for.
  So, in this case we should only see the requisition
  created by wilson (Step 9-12) as the other requisition being
  displayed in not created by wilson.
