IJ30764: POP UP WINDOW FOR TIME SELECTION IN A FIELD ( LABOR) DISAPPEARS AND CANNOT BE SELECTED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On the Actuals tab of Work Order Tracking application, when
  clicking on the downward arrow of the Start and End Time
  fields, the window closes which prevents the user from entering
  time. The pop up window should remain open so the User can
  select a time.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  On the Actuals tab of Work
  Order Tracking application, Click New Row button in the Labor
  table window.
  In the In the Start Time and End Time fields,
  click on the clock icon. A list of available times displays in
  a pop up window.
  Click directly on the downward arrow to scroll
  down the list.
  When you unclick the arrow, the pop up window
  closes and it?s not possible to select time.
  
  If they click
  completely outside of the box in whitespace, the time box close
  automatically as well.
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No
  
  CURRENT
  ERRONEOUS RESULTS: Popup window dissappears
