Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  When the hoverover icon is displayed in a textbox it merges
  with the data displayed in the field.
  
  PROBLEM:
  When the hoverover icon is displayed in a textbox it merges
  with the data displayed in the field. This does not happen with
  table columns in a list view. This does not happen with the
  Tivoli13 skin. Only with iot18 skin. Although they can set the
  size attribute on a specific field in App designer until it is
  wide enough to contain the hover icon, they are still asking
  why this is automatically done by Maximo in the List tab. This
  behaves differently in List tab fields (which are dynamic in
  size) where it correctly adjusts. In the List tab, the fields
  automatically adjust size even when there is a hover dialog
  configured.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE :
  - Go to People app and create a new record with a long name in
  the PERSONID field, like this: ROBERTO.PALMA.SUPPORT
  - Ensure the status of it is ACTIVE
  - Go to Work Order Tracking app and select any work order in
  the WAPPR status
  - Make sure that the Supervisor field has the hover information
  configured and working
  - Select the value ROBERTO.PALMA.SUPPORT for the Supervisor
  field
  - You will see that the hoverover icon is displayed in a
  textbox and it merges with the data displayed in the field.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  When the hoverover icon is displayed in a textbox it merges
  with the data displayed in the field.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  When the hoverover icon is displayed in a textbox it does NOT
  merge with the data displayed in the field.
