IJ30156: INSTALLING ASSET TO POSITION, RUNNING BDI, CREATES DUPLICATED AND EMPTY POSITIONS.

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create Model ADMET-CL3000 and related CM items.
  2. Create Model ADMET-CL3100 and related CM items.
  3. From New Asset Assemblies (CM), create 2 assets
  equivalent to both models.  After the assets are created:
  X asset (follow model ADMET-CL3000)
  Y asset (follow model ADMET-CL3100)
  4. Uninstall the two assets related to these positions:
  - Position 30/UF/MB in model ADMET-CL3000 and
  call it X.A asset.
  - Position 31/UF/MB in model ADMET-CL3100 and
  call it Y.B asset.
  5. Install the Y.B asset in the position 0/UF/MB in
  the X asset.
  6- Run the BDI on the X asset.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  This process creates duplicated empty positions.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The expected behavior is that the Y.B Asset installed in the
  position with all children is correctly built with the correct
  CM Items under position 30/UF/MB/MW2.
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Maximo Asset Configuration Manager 7.6.7.0
