IJ29922: DOMAIN SHOWING VALUES FOR OTHER SITES FOR USER MT ONLY (MULTITENANCY)

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ASSETTYPE domain shows more values than should be visible in
  MTM.
  User with access only for MCLEAN site sees values for BEDFORD
  in Asset Type look up.
  This is only an issue in MT. It does not happen in regular
  single tenant maximo.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Login into MT env as maxadmin and into MTM tenant.
  2. In Domains, locate ASSETYPE domain, there are 25 none with
  site.
  3. Add new row for Internal = IT,  Value = PCASSET Description
  PC Asset Add Site BEDFORD and then OK, there are now 35 records
  4. Create a new user RICKK and add Security Groups ITADMIN and
  MCLEANSITE Default insert site Mclean(Add ASSET application to
  ITADMIN if not granted)
  5. Log in as RICKK and go to Assets.
  6. Insert new asset and in Asset Type field, click the look up.
  You will see 35 records including the BEDFORD records.
  
  If you perform same in single tenant, these records will not
  show.
  
  RESULT:
  Records for site that user has no access appear in look up
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Only records user has access should to appear, just as it does
  in single tenant version
