Error description
Using an environment with the base language in Spanish, when the cause and remedy are reported in the Work Order Tracking application> Failure Reporting tab, they are not shown in Work Center Supervision (Reported Work> Failure). STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Work Order Tracking application and bring up any record (used WO 6004) 2. Under Failure Reporting tab add a problem, cause and remedy. 3. Go to Work Center Work Supervision and search for wo 6004 4. Under Reported Work tab > Failure EXPECTED RESULTS: The entire failure hierarchy should be seen on this screen. RESULTS: Only the "problem" is shown in the hierarchy. REPORTED IN VERSION: Version of Maximo: 7610 - Work Center 7604 Application within Maximo: Work Supervision
