Error description
Problem Description: The system wrongly throws the error "BMXAA0056E - Cannot delete Technical Terms associated with items which have not been fully received. If the receipt is Complete, revise the PO and add a new PO Line for this item." STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Item Master(Nuc) application. 2. Create a new Item record as the following and save it: Item: ITEM1 Order Unit: EACH Issue Unit: EACH 3. Change Item Status to ACTIVE, selecting the option "Roll New Status to Organizations and Inventory?". 4. Select Action > Add Items to Storeroom. 5. From Add Items to Storeroom dialog, enter the following info and click OK: BEDFORD Site CENTRAL Storeroom Unit Cost: 1.00 6. Repeat the steps 2-5 above to create and activate the new Item record ITEM2. 7. Go to Terms and Conditions(Nuc) application. 8. Create and approve 02 new Terms associated to EAGLENA Organization as the following: Term: TECH1 Description: Tech Term 1 Long Description: Long Description 1 Vendor Qual Type: TECHNICAL Term: TECH2 Description: Tech Term 2 Long Description: Long Description 2 Vendor Qual Type: TECHNICAL 9. Go to Purchase Orders(Nuc) application. 10. Create a new PO against any valid Vendor with 02 PO Lines as the following: PO Line 1: Line Type: ITEM Item: ITEM1 Storeroom: CENTRAL Quantity: 1.00 PO Line 2: Line Type: ITEM Item: ITEM2 Storeroom: CENTRAL Quantity: 1.00 11. Save PO. 12. From More Actions Menu, select Add/Delete Technical Terms. 13. Using Add/Delete Technical Terms dialog, associate Tech Term 1 to ITEM1; and Tech Term 2 to ITEM2. 14. Approve PO and take note of its number. 15. Go to Receiving application. 16. Bring up the PO in question and receive the PO Line 1 (ref ITEM1) only. 17. Save the Receipt. Note: At this point, the PO Line 1 (ref ITEM1) has been fully received. But the Receipt record Status remains PARTIAL since PO Line 2 (ref ITEM2) has not been received yet. 18. Go back to Purchase Orders(Nuc) application. 19. Bring up the PO and revise it: 19.1. From More Actions menu, select Revise PO. 19.2. From Revise PO dialog, enter a Description and click OK. 20. With PO Revision 1 (in PNDREV Status) on the screen, from More Actions menu, select Add/Delete Technical Terms. 21. From Add/Delete Technical Terms dialog, try to mark the row of ITEM1/Tech Term 1 for delete. RESULTS: At this point, the system throws the error "BMXAA0056E - Cannot delete Technical Terms associated with items which have not been fully received. If the receipt is Complete, revise the PO and add a new PO Line for this item.". EXPECTED RESULTS: Since ITEM1 has been fully received, no error should be thrown.
