Error description

• PROBLEM: Launch in context url is not encoded properly
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1.Go to Launch In Context application
  2.Create a Launch Point
  Name: LICURL
  Console URL: http://www.enfo.se/?parameter1={DESCRIPTION}
  Target Browser Window: _blank
  Save
  3.Go to Application Designer application
  Open WOTRACK
  Select Action - Add/Modify Sigoption
  Add a sigoption (eg.LICURL)
  In Advanced Signature options, have 'Associate to launch entry
  to enable launch in context' checked and set LICURL
  Click OK
  In Work Order Tab, add a pushbutton
  Set Label: Launch URL
  Set Event: LICURL
  Save
  4.Go to Security Group application
  Open MAXADMIN group
  Grant WOTRACK application's LICURL option
  5.Log out  and Log in
  6.Go to WOTRACK application
  Open the work order with description "test test+test=test"
  Click Launch URL button
  
  RESULTS: The new window is opened with URL
  (https://www.enfo.se/?parameter1=test%20test+test=test)
  The parameter which is sent with URL is not encoded properly
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The new window should be opened with URL
  (https://www.enfo.se/?parameter1=test%20test%2Btest%3Dtest)
  The parameter which is sent with URL should be encoded properly
