Error description

  • In the Graphical Work Week (GWW) application the message
"Total activities records for project PROJECTNAME exceeds the
limit of records allowed to be created" is shown even after the
"Include Work Orders Without Dates?" checkbox is unchecked
which would reduce the number of records to be less than the
    limit.

NOTE: To test this there must be more than 1000 work orders
(WO) that can be used in GWW

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE
    1. Go to Graphical Work Week and create a new record, select a
    Calendar and a Shift.
    2. Set the Start/End Date to a time range which has less than
1000 WOs available (meaning that on save, GWW will not produce
the message about the exceeding limit).
    3. Enable the checkbox "Include Work Orders Without Dates?" and
wait a few seconds until the warning icon appears besides it.
Click in the warning and click OK, then click in the Save
    button.
    4. Maximo will warn the user that the limit of records was
    exceeded, click OK.
    5. Uncheck the "Include Work Orders Without Dates?" checkbox
    and save the record.

    RESULTS:
Maximo will show the message about the exceeding limit again.

    EXPECTED RESULTS:
Maximo shouldn't show the message about the exceeding limit.

    REPORTED IN VERSION
    7.6.1.2
