Error description

• PROBLEM: The wrong inspection form is selected when same
  inspection numbers exist on more than one organization
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  In this example, same inspection form numbers (eg.1022) exist
  in two organizations
  ie.1002 (Description: TESTEALGENA) exists in EAGLENA
  organization and 1002 (Description: TESTEAGLESA) also exists in
  EAGLESA organization
  1. Go to the jobplan application
  2. Create a jobplan (Orgid and Siteid is not defined)
  3. In inspection form field, Click Select Value
  In Select Value Dialog, you can see two 1002 inspection forms
  One for EALGENA orgid, the other for EAGLESA orgid
  4. Click 1002 (Description: TESTEAGLESA) of EAGLESA orgid
  
  RESULTS: 1002(Description: TESTEAGLENA) of EALGENA orgid is
  selected
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: 1002(Description: TESTEAGLESA) of EALGESA
  orgid should be selected
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:     Maximo Asset Management  7.6.1.1
