IJ28799: GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT REPAIR FACILITIES - ERROR IS DISPLAYED AFTER AFTER DOING A DRAG AND DROP THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED

Error description

• In the Graphical Assignment Repair Facilities  (GA-RF)
  application an error is displayed after after doing a drag and
  drop to the top row on the Gantt view, the row
  labeled Repair Facility.   Dragging and dropping to the top row
  should not be allowed by the application.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. In GA-RF open a Work List with some records already assigned
  on the  Assignments View tab.  Otherwise, create a Work List
  and assign some records
  2. Drag and drop an assignment to the top row on the Gantt
  view, the row labeled Repair Facility.  The assignment can
  be assigned to a Repair Facility or it may be unassigned.
  3. Click on Refresh Work List.
  RESULTS:
  The assigned work was moved to the top line and when you try to
  refresh the work list the following system message is
  displayed:
  BMXAT0240E - The model changes did not save to the scheduler
  table. For more information, check the Maximo log file (in your
  application server directory) or contact your system
  administrator.
  BMXAT0232E - The activity data failed to save into scheduler
  tables.For more information, check the Maximo log file (in your
  application server directory) or contact your system
  administrator.

  Drag and Drop should not be allowed to the top row, the row
  labeled Repair Facility.
