APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If a labor record has any external email id other than the
    company e-mail address such as a Gmail account the e-mails is
    being sent as needed. If the e-mail address is an internal
    e-mail address the Work Week record is not being exported and
    sent via e-mail.
    
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1. Login as user who has internal email address on user record.
    
    
    2. Create a schedule in graphical work week.
    
    3. Navigate to graphical work view.
    
    4. On resource tab find resource labor where work is assigned in
    next few days and for that labor primary email id should be
    internal email id.
    
    5. On labor name right click and select Export to Calendar and
    enter number of days and click ok.
    
    6. The user should receive the email, but he is not receiving.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    
    That e-mail would have been received.
