IJ28634: FIELDS OF TYPE TIME ARE CUT OFF, THE DATE IS NOT FULLY VISIBLE

Error description

• Problem details:

  On skin IoT18, any field of
  type TIME will be cut out, as in the time is not fully
  visible.
  For example, the time '00:00:00' is seen as:
  '00:00:0'.
  Another example is '12:00 AM', which is displayed
  as: '12:00 A'.
  This is happening on any application which has
  fields of type TIME.
  On skins tivoli13 and tivoli09 the time is
  not cut out.
  
  STEPS TO
  REPRODUCE:
  ===================
  1. Log in
  to Maximo and navigate to the Preventive Maintenanceaint
  application.
  2. Select any PM.
  3. Go to the Frequency tab and
  add a Target Start Time.
  4. The time is cut out from '12:00 AM'
  to '12:00 A'.
