Error description
In the Graphical Scheduling (GS) application the Operational/Maintenance Calendars of different Assets/Locations are combined on the Graphical View tab. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to the Locations application and create two locations: - LOCATION1 - - Type: OPERATING - - Status: ACTIVE - - The other settings are default. - LOCATION2 - - Type: OPERATING - - Status: ACTIVE - - The other settings are default. 2. Go to the Assets application and create two assets: - ASSET1 - - Location: LOCATION1 - - Use Move/Modify Assets to select LOCATION1 - - Status: ACTIVE - - Create a Maintenance schedule for the Asset: - - - Click on Define Maintenance Schedule on More Actions menu - - - Click on New Row in the bottom Asset Maintenance Periods section - - - Enter 2020/11/03 8:00 in Schedule Start - - - Enter 72 in Maintenance Hours - - - Click OK - - Create a Operational schedule for the Asset: - - - Click on Define Operational schedule 2020/11/24 8:00 2020/11/27 8:00 - - - Click on New Row in the bottom Asset Maintenance Periods section - - - Enter 2020/11/24 8:00 in Schedule Start - - - Enter 72 in Operational Hours - - - Click OK - ASSET2 - - Location: LOCATION2 - Use Move/Modify Assets to select LOCATION2 - - Status: ACTIVE - - Create a maintenance schedule starting at 2020/11/16 8:00 and going for 96 hours. 3. Go to Work Order Tracking and create two work orders: - WO1 - - Location: LOCATION1 - - Asset: ASSET1 - - Scheduled Start: 2020/11/10 10:00 - - Scheduled Finish: 2020/11/12 18:00 - WO2 - - Location: LOCATION2 - - Asset: ASSET2 - - Scheduled Start: 2020/11/16 13:00 - - Scheduled Finish: 2020/11/18 12:00 4. Go to Graphical Scheduling and create a new schedule - Change the Schedule Type to be Asset (not Work) - Adjust the End date to be the end of November - Create an asset data source query to select the Assets created above. - On the More Information tab, check the Show Maintenance and Operational Schedules? check-box. - Open the Graphical View RESULTS: The Operational/Maintenance Calendar of different Assets/Location are combined on the Graphical View. The row for the first WO1 shows no Operational (white) or Maintenance (gray) periods. The row for WO2 shows all of the Operational and Maintenance periods combined. EXPECTED RESULT: Each of the assets has their own Operational and Maintenance periods defined and they should be visible on the Gantt chart on the Graphical View tab on their separate rows.
