APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Maxsession table is adding active session
    record everytime user navigate between classic maximo and work
    center.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1-Go to Maximo Classic and from
    Work Order Module called Work Supervision
    
    2-On the Work Center
    Work Supervision screen > Click on the right-top > Start
    Center
    You will moved to Maximo Classic again
    
    3-Open SQL tool
    and run SELECT * FROM MAXSESSION WHERE USERID =
    'your_user_id'
    
    RESULTS: While user navigate back from work
    center to regular Maximo, it creates a session record every
    single time on Maxsession table.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: It should
    show up only one login record
    
    PRODUCT VERSION: Tivoli's
    process automation engine 7.6.1.0
