  PROBLEM:
  
  KPI Graph or KPI List does not wrap
  description in Start Center portlet.
  
  KPI portlets are ignoring
  the values from the webclient.portletwraplength system
  property.
  
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Go to
  KPI Manager app
  Create or open an existing KPI
  Enter a
  description with a long text and save it
  Add a KPI Graph or a
  KPI List portlet to the Start Center
  Add the KPI to the
  portlet
  Make sure that the webclient.portletwraplength system
  property is set up with 70 or any value > 1
  Go to the Start
  Center and it will not wrap the long text in the
  description.
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  
  KPI portlet does not
  wrap the description text.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  KPI portlet
  should wrap the description text.
