APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • You cannot run 'pdcollect.cmd' on Windows if only 64bit
components are installed.
pdcollect.cmd is and has been included with the following
component packages:
 KGLWICMA.exe
 KUEWICMA.exe
, which means that if you only installed 64 bit OS agent
(includes neither KGLWICMA nor KUEWICMA) then no pdcollect.cmd
will be present.

Local fix

  • Install the 32bit Framework

Problem summary

  • Missing files added in SP6.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed as of SP6 or later.
