Error description

  • PROBLEM:
Graphical Scheduler option to Set Work to Day. If a Work Order
has a start date of 10 Sep 2020, 07:00 AM on the scheduler and
we right click > Set Work to Day > select date, it changes the
date as well as the time from 7 AM to 6 AM and sometimes 9 AM
(as an example). Note: Server Timezone is UTC Time Zone (GMT +
0). The user profile (Maximo) timezone is either NZ or
    Melbourne (GMT+10).

    STEPS TO RECREATE:
    1. Ensure server timezone is UTC GMT+0 and user profile
(maxadmin) is set to GMT+10 or something you would normally use.
    2. Create a simple schedule with 2 work orders.
    3. On the top left (Work Order) quadrant, right click on a Work
Order Description > select Work to Day > select a different
    date and click OK.

RESULTS: The time changes as well as the date.
EXPECTED RESULTS: The date should change but the time should
    remain the same.

    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1-IFIX20200624
IBM Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.6.7.3
