IJ28421: EXPORT TO CALENDAR 404 ERROR IN GRAPHICAL WORK WEEK APPLICATION

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After creating a schedule in Graphical work week application and
    then assigning a  few orders to labor X in resource section for
     labor, when labor X is right clicked upon and option
    Export
    to Calendar selected, click ok a new dialog window will open
    showing calendar files created.
    Clicking on the download icon for a file causes a new tab to
    open
    and will display
     below error.
    
    The server has encountered an unknown error. Reload the
    application and try again. If the problem persists, contact your
    system administrator. Error code: 404
    
    Steps:
    
    1. Navigate to Graphical work week application.
    2. create new schedule or open any existing schedule.
    3. navigate to Graphical view tab and find the resource where
    some work is assigned today or in next few days.
    4. in resource section filter that craft and right click and
    select export to calendar option.
    5. export to calendar window will open, select number of days
    and method is file downloaded and click ok
    6. Exported calendar window will open with exported files.
    7. in project name section you will find download option, click
    on that,
    
    RESULTS:
    its redirecting to new browser window and in that you will see
    404 error as mentioned in case
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Should receive an option to either open the file or to save it
    to drive.
