IJ27950: EMAIL LISTENER OAUTH ACCESS TOKEN THAT GETS GENERATED IS LARGER THAN THE 1024

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
  
  the access token that gets generated is
  larger than the 1024 characters configured out of the box on
  the INBOUNDCOMMCFG.OAUTHACCESSTOKEN attribute. We're seeing
  token sizes around 1800 characters.
