APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • PRS was updated with APAR IJ18166 to support RHEL8. However,
the output shows only the supported operating system and there
is no further information such as CpuArchitecture, Memory,
Disk, os.space, or os.package.

This seems due to the updated
release name in "/etc/redhat-release".

Local fix

  • Modify the line 62 of the "NOC_08010000.cfg" which comes with
IJ18166 update.

After:

[OSType:RedHatEnterpriseLinuxServer7.*|RedHatEnterprise
