IJ27330: CANNOT CREATE A TEMPLATE FROM DRAFT REQUISITION THAT REFERENCES SERVICE LINE TYPE AND NO QUANTITY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When user wants to create a template inside a draft with a Line
  Type of SERVICE and without a quantity, the system is throwing
  this system message : "BMXAA4195E - A value is required for the
  Quantity field on the MRLINE object."
  
  Steps to Replicate:
  1- Go to Self Service<Desktop Requisition<Create Requisition
  
  2- Click Continue, Select New Row, change Line Type 'Service'
  
  3- Complete all the requested fields i.e. Description but do not
  enter any quantity (It is a service you're not obligated to
  enter anything in 'Quantity'
  
  4-Scroll to bottom of browser and select Save As Draft
  
  5-Click Return to Startcenter
  
  6-Go to Self Service<Desktop Requisition<View Drafts and click
  on requisition created above, click on 'Create Template' and
  enter a name.
  
  7-Click OK in dialog box
  
  RESULT:
  The error message BMXAA4195E - A value is required for the
  Quantity field on the MRLINE object. will appear in the system,
  requesting us to enter a quantity in MRLINE
  
  EXPECETD RESULT: A quanity is not required on a Line Type of
  Service. Therefore, this action should not result in a system
  message and should be allowed
  .
