Error description

  • PROBLEM:
PO created by reorder process has the POLINENUM
    created in descending order.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    The steps
below use MAXDEMO as an example:

    1)Go to Inventory and search
for the ITEMNUMS: 117041, 11453, 117084, Storeroom: CENTRAL,
Site: BEDFORD. Click on Reorder => Reorder Items. Check "Ignore
    Reorder Point". Run Reorder.

    2)Execute the query below in
    Maximo database.

    select rowstamp,polinenum,ponum from poline
    where ponum ='PO CREATED';

    RESULTS:
    Maximo will create a PO
    with three lines.
Line 3 is inserted in the database first,
then line 2 and after line 1.

You can confirm check the value
of the ROWSTAMP column. The value of ROWSTAMP of the Poline 3
is lower than the value of Poline 1.
    This means the Poline 3
was inserted first in the database.

    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Maximo
needs to insert the line in ascending Poline order. First the
    line 1, then 2, then 3.
